🚚 Tampered or Wrong Delivery? We’ve Got You Covered!
We rely on trusted third-party delivery partners. But on rare occasions, here’s what to do:
- Received a tampered parcel? Don’t accept it. Let the delivery person know and inform us immediately.
- After receiving the parcel: Make a 360° opening video. Without it, we do not exchange products.
- Didn’t receive your parcel but marked as delivered? Notify us within 48 hours. We’ll verify with the courier.
- Still unsure after POD? If POD doesn’t match your case, we’ll raise the issue and resend if confirmed lost.

Color accuracy may vary due to screen settings and lighting. Some notes:
- Shades like blue, green, pink, purple reflect light differently
- Deep tones like black, navy blue, and chocolate may look similar
- Soft hues like white and grey may shift slightly in different light

- Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

- If the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7 working days.
